The Festivities in Honour of Our Lady of Nazaré in Enxara do Bispo (Mafra) took place from 4 to 16 August 2026, with free entry, organised by the 2025/26 committee. They opened on the 4th with the stewards' procession and mass and the inauguration of the Street Festival with a shared feast. On the 5th there was the singing of the loas and the pilgrimage to the Santuário da Serra do Socorro, with mass and procession up on the hill. On the following days the ringing of the bells, the lauds, the rosary and vespers with mass for the intentions of various places in the parish were repeated, and every evening there was dancing and a concert: Bluay,
Rosinha, Los Romeros, Badoxa, Bia Caboz, Philharmonic Beats, Wilson Honrado and Dupla Mete Cá Sets, among others. On Sunday the 9th there was a street parade and procession with Banda S.F. 1º Dezembro (Encarnação) and Banda E.M.E.B.; on the 12th, a talk about the solar eclipse with observation in the churchyard; on the 15th, mass in honour of Our Lady of the Assumption da Serra and a procession. The festival closed on the 16th with a Eucharist of thanksgiving, a fireworks display at midnight and a concert by Dupla Mete Cá Sets. On 12 September, the farewell mass was followed by the handover of the image to the Paróquia de Nossa Senhora da Conceição de Igreja Nova. (Source: festival poster.)
