The Festival of Saint Amaro takes place at the Chapel of Saint Amaro, in the parish of Ponta do Sol (Madeira), from 15 to 19 January 2026. There is a Mass every day, a novena on Saturday, and a Mass and procession on Sunday the 18th. Entertainment features the group D'Canto a Canto,
Banda Fixe and
Seca Pipas, and the festival closes on Monday with a Mass and a macaroni dinner.
