RESISTÊNCIA

Resistência are a Portuguese supergroup formed in the early 1990s, bringing together musicians from different bands with the aim of reinventing songs through acoustic guitar arrangements, placing the voice at the centre as the main instrument. The project was active between 1989 and 1994, resuming activity in 2012. Over the course of their career they released several albums, including 'Mano a Mano' (1992) and 'Armazem 22' (1993), and took part in tribute projects such as 'Filhos da Madrugada' and 'Variacoes - As Cancoes de Antonio'.
