Rancho Folclórico S. Pedro de Canedo was founded on 2 March 1976, with the mission of promoting and keeping alive the traditions of Canedo and its people. As a folk dance group, it is dedicated to the preservation of regional costumes, dances and traditional music from its region.
Through its work in safeguarding cultural heritage, the group keeps the memory of local customs alive, bringing the colours, songs and dances that define the identity of Canedo to festivals and pilgrimages.
