Bombos D'Ouro de Lamego are a bombo drum group from the Lamego region that brings life to festivals and pilgrimages across various localities in the district of Viseu and surrounding areas. With the vibrant cadence of their drums, they make their presence felt at popular celebrations such as the Festas em honra de Santa Bárbara, in Várzea de Abrunhais, the Festa em honra do Senhor, in Várzea da Serra, and the Festejos de Senhor da Boa Sorte e Senhor do Bom Pastor, in Almofala.
The group also took part in the Festas em honra de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, one of the largest pilgrimages in the region, and celebrated their fourth anniversary, carrying on a tradition that accompanies processions, parades and village festivities with the unmistakable sound of the bombos.
