Arribamonte are a group dedicated to the recreation of historical and traditional music, originating from the musical association 'Andarilhos'. Their repertoire spans music from various periods, from Roman to medieval, through the Renaissance and Baroque.
The group's work is distinguished by its dedication to traditional, Celtic and medieval music, having performed at festivals. The name evokes the theme 'Arrib'o Monte', by Brigada Victor Jara, included on the album 'Contraluz' (1984).
